CRAG and REEF are active acquirers of warehouse and distribution properties in the Southeastern U.S. We focus on Charleston, Savannah, Jacksonville, Tampa, Norfolk, Mobile, New Orleans and Houston. We will also purchase properties in inland ports such as Atlanta and Memphis. We are not developers, but will occasionally partner with local developers to greenfield certain projects. We look to acquire good second-generation buildings on well located land in submarkets with substantial barriers to entry.
